ArgusFX Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission (License Number 334/17) and holds a cross-border license, authorizing the company to provide investment services internationally, following the provisions of the applicable regulation. (Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 (Law 144(I)/2007 and  Markets in Financial Instruments European Directive (MiFID)).

The European Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID) 2004/39/EC entered into force on 01.11.2007, with the aim of financial market regulation and supervision of investment services and ancillary activities within the European Economic Area (EEA) . The Directive was implemented in Cyprus via Law N.144 (I) / 2007. The main objectives of the European Directive on financial markets (MiFID) aims to improve performance levels, increased financial transparency, the promotion of competition and the protection of investors. The MiFID allows investment firms to provide investment and ancillary services in another Member State and / or a third country, provided that such services are covered by the authorization of the Investment Company.
